We check pack and dispatch orders every working day, and aim to pick and pack your order within 1-2 working days of you placing it.
Please note that pack and dispatch days for the buzz team are Monday – Friday and do not include bank holidays.
Whilst the vast majority of the parcels we send reach their destinations within the usual delivery times, occasionally parcels get delayed and take longer than normal. Please be patient, but, if after 7 working days from placing your order, you are concerned about its whereabouts, just get in touch and we will happily investigate.
The postage service we use in the UK is fully trackable.

Our protective gear simply adds another layer to the clothes you wear. Bee stings can penetrate most fabrics, which is why we recommend you wear suitable garments under our protective clothing to give you further protection.
Check all seams before you set out, and double check all zips are fully fastened.
